When We Know Better, We Do Better

Dr. Maya Angelou said "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better do better." I used to beat myself up when I learned new information that seemed so practical that I should have known all along. Maybe I wouldn't have made some of the mistakens or missteps I had made along the way. I later came to realize I was doing the best I could with what information I had and when I came to know better I did better.

When I was diagnosed with ADHD I did all I could to learn more about it and how it impacted my life, and learned it impacted every area of my life. Needless to say you could research daily and still have more to learn. So much that I read was incredible information but much of the information was trying to lead me to live more neurotypically and that was part of my issue to start with. I was burned out trying to live in a neurotypical way that ws unauthentic to how I actually am as a person. I'm different, I think differently, flow differently and operate differently. I needed knowledge on how to live in harmony with this brain that's very different, not broken. So I decided to create courses for women like me, that are different not broken, who want to live authentically, while learning some ways of doing things that actually work best for how we think and live.
